Western Hell is set in circles of sins that souls have committed. The first circle holds faithless humans and demons. The second circle is where souls have committed the lust sin. The third circle is where souls that have committed gluttony exist. The fourth circle is where greedy souls reside. The fifth circle is where the wrathful reside. The sixth circle is where the souls that have committed Heresy reside. The seventh circle is where the violent against people/property, self, and the gods reside. The eighth circle is where souls that have committed fraud reside. The last and ninth circle is where souls that have been traitorous reside. All the souls here are punished according to their sin here
